That is written as "ARMv8-A", and is known as a profile.
ARMv8 is the ISA (and supporting architecture, e.g virtual memory, virtualization, et alia)
The ISA has three profiles:
ARMv8 - A : The application profile
ARMv8 - R : The real-time profile
ARMv8 - M : The mobile profile
Implementations of the ARMv8 architecture for servers implement the A profile.
