You denied there are open source DRM solutions. You were wrong. With that said I do not know how good the open source solutions are. So the question becomes: do you prefer content owners use a closed-source solution such as Flash or that they have more incentive to use open source solutions such as OpenIPMP and other open source DRM solutions? Personally I am happy to see open source be able to compete better.
