Any "method appropriate" means it is in fact bandwidth limited.

The bandwidth is simply controlled at something larger than the
perceived need.

Is by definition bandwidth limited.

Goot enouogh for audio means that it is extremely limited!

That depends on the filter.  In your example the initial
filter doesn't stop it from being white noise, but certainly
filtering to produce pink noise does.

Not at all.  It's just another filter.
