   sometimes people do things like that intending to file a
complaint with the store to sue for medical expenses or
damages.  i would have noted the incident with the manager
of the store to make sure to keep any tapes from the
cameras just in case it ever comes up in court.

  ...  similar to how some people will intentionally run
their cars into others expecting insurance companies to
pay them off.
