The more I read this thread the more I come to the conclusion that
someone wants to do something shady, possibly illegal.
Someone doesn't want to buy a second IP, yet won't elaborate on where
this other IP is coming from. Why is that? I'm guessing they don't have
regular physical access to the other machine either.
And if you have to come to Usenet to find a solution, it tells me that
the web has no answers. Probably for a good reason. Further, it tells
me that someone likely lacks the skill set to pull this off and stay out
of jail...
