It is amazing me to read all the people in this thread who want to makes things much more complicated than they are, involving NAT, multiple interfaces or WAN connetions... Guys, what the OP wants is very simple. It just relies on the capability of the router to act as a plain router for the second public address, and not to be just a "NAT box" as most SOHO so-called routers.
