Die Nobelkarosse kostet den Dienstwagenbesitzer mit angenommenem
Grenzsteuersatz 45% also ca. 350 € pro Monat. Das ist für das Nobelauto
ein Schnäppchen. Meine Kollegen hatten als Dienstwagen typischerweise
irgendwas nicht allzu großes, so in der 40-45 K€-Listenpreisklasse. Die
mussten also etwa 400 € versteuern, macht Kosten < 200 €. Benzin,
Versicherung, Werkstatt sind da schon drin - wer in der Pampa wohnt und
deshalb ohnehin pro Person ein Auto braucht, für den ist das sehr
günstig. (Für mich hätte es sich nicht gelohnt, weil ich ja dann mit dem
Wagen auch hätte fahren müssen, und autofahren macht mir nicht wirklich
Spaß.)
Dienstwagen für Außendienstler, die etliche zehntausend Kilometerpro
Jahr beruflich fahren, das ist ja kein Thema. Wenn für die das
steuerprivileg abgeschafft würde, m.a.W. wenn die all das versteuern
müssten, was die Firma für den Dienstwagen ausgibt und von der Steuer
absetzt, und ihre dienstlichen Kilometer dagegenrechnen müssten, dann
wären die möglicherweise sogar fein raus und würden fast gar nichts mehr
versteuern; laut meinem Ex-Chef belastete jeder solche Wagen seine
Kostenstelle mit ca 800 €/Monat (neben dem Kaufpreis waren da ja auch
Sprit (auch der private), Versicherung, Ersatzreifen, Werkstattkosten
für Inspektionen, regelmäßiges Autowaschen usw. dabei). Jemand, der 2000
km in Monat beruflich fährt - 100 km pro Tag - , würde also 600 €/Monat
dagegenrechnen und käme ungefähr auf die gleichen Kosten wie heute.
"Privileg" ist der Dienstwagen eher für Führungskräfte, die eigentlich
keinen brauchen - man kann damit eben 800 € tatsächliches Gehalt auf
lediglich 400 versteuerte Euros runterrechnen; bei der von dir genannten
Nobelkarosse noch mehr.
