You teach that this "measuring instrument" belongs to the observer (receiver), so here you introduce some spooky relationship between quite distant objects. Does it (called, from now on, "Roberts' spooky relationship between the light source and the measuring instrument of the observer") have something to do with quantum entanglement? Pentcho Valev
