how hypocritical of you.

apparently you don't understand that header may not always be correct
and it's likely the file's modification date anyway. 

if a file copy alters the create date, then the modification date is
likely also altered. if my idea is stupid, then so is yours. 

but what's really amusing is despite your idiotic ranting, you are
actually suggesting a variant of what i originally suggested.
