maybe you don't have enough experience with web servers to know that
the last modified header is implementation dependent. what you describe
*probably* will work but it is not guaranteed to always work.

if you're going to criticize my suggestion of create date, then you
don't get to make an similarly flawed suggestion (if not more so).

but regardless, you've proven yourself to be a lying hypocrite.
