Nach der Neuinstallation von Debian 11 auf einem Laptop waren bei mir
alle Geräte standardmäßig softwareseitig blockiert.

Nein, lange nicht alle haben sowas. Die meisten Firmen nutzen bei
Desktop-PCs eh Ethernet, WLAN gibt es da oft nur als Zusatzoption.
