Zunächst, dass rfkill unbekannt sei! Wie kann es sein, dass wenn WLAN-
und/oder Bluetooth-Services installiert sind, rfkill nicht automatisch
mit installiert wird?

Nach der Installation:

~# /sbin/rfkill list
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no

Bluetooth (ich würde hci0 vermuten) taucht nicht auf!

Wäre schön, wenn es so wäre.

Aber mein geliebtes Pulseaudio, was sich hinterrücks installiert hat (ich
lasse es installiert; die letzte Deinstallation war sehr schmerzhaft, und
außerdem ist der Neue schnell genug, die zusätzliche CPU-Last zu tragen),
hatte den "Main" Lautstärkeregler auf mute!

Keine Ahnung, warum in Deinem oder meinem Fall der Default nach einer
Installation "deaktiviert" war.

Sollte nun aber. Zumindest als ich 2019 das letzte Mal länger beim
Kistenschieber war, schaute ich die Beschreibungen der meisten sich dort
befindlichen Budget-Notebooks an. Besonders wollte ich wissen, ob
mittlerweile (also 2019) alle BT hatten. Hatten sie.
