Well, it's not a problem to boot Linux liveCD/USB and do what is needed.
Besides that I see all Dell and Acer laptops come with Linux
preinstalled in my country. Other manufacturers sell only 600euros >
laptops with Windows preinstalled.
Desktops are sold without OS usually. This is because in my country
Windows preinstalled adds 50-100euros to a price.
