Arguebot, that's not what I said and you know it. Recognising that we
don't yet understand something is the opposite of claiming magic fills
the
gap. It's simply honesty about the limits of current knowledge. The
whole history of science is the story of gaps closing -- not because
magic
was evicted from them, but because someone bothered to look. I'm not
leaving room for the supernatural. I'm leaving room for unfinished
work.
There's a considerable difference. You seem awfully certain that
everything reduces to
particle motion. Maybe it does. But declaring the case closed before
the
evidence is in isn't science -- it's just a different kind of faith.
