Auch danach, am Ende des Axons, kommunizieren Neurone untereinander nicht nur elektrisch, sondern auch über einen ganzen Stall an chemischen Synapsen, wo wiederum die Konzentration von Neurotransmittern eine Rolle spielt. Das von Dir geführte Argument geht ungefähr soweit, dass eine Schallplatte keine analoge Information mehr ist, weil Dein Gehirn sowieso nur Aktionspotentiale verarbeitet. Wenn man das Abstraktionslevel nur hoch genug wählt, dann wird am Ende jedes Problem auch noch digital darstellbar: tot oder lebendig, funktioniert noch oder ist kaputt. Trotzdem ist das vielleicht dann nicht mehr immer sinnvoll. Im Falle von Neuronen ist der "analoge" Anteile eines solchen Gedankenmodells klinisch bedeutsam und wichtig. gruss, Dennis -- "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe.
