That is funny, and you're right, the new name is probably not true. My friend told me that when Cockeysville became a high income suburb instead of a little unincorporated area, they named it Hunt Valley. I'm not convinced. Even for a prude, is Cockeysville so bad? Hunt valley is a fair name because they do have nearby horse farms, several steeplechases every summer, and I haven't gone but 25 years ago I was told they had foxhunts on one weekday morning every week. The woman who ran a sort of gift shop a half mile away said the major activity was drinking. I didn't think I'd fit in and I don't have a horse, and it was in the morning, and I wasn't invited, so I didnt' go.
