   As you know, Kym, real numbers include all rational and irrational
   numbers; pi is defined as an irrational number. Some posters here

In a sense, that's about

1 + 1 + 1 + ... = -1  
  (telescoping, wheel-odometric, to zero)
1 + 2 + 3 + ... = -1/12 
  (pyramidic, wheel-odometric, revolute, to 1/3*4*5, ... factorial)

How people leave out the dimensions in their 
dimensionless quantities and whether they've 
also left out the bookkeeping for where the scales 
are related are not, here we do not depend on the 
"wheel-odometric" or "clock-arithmetic" in the 
unbounded and infinite integers, here vis a vis 
movement and position about the wheel in linear terms.

Anyways that's none of my business and here 
it's not relevant to just begin to assign it definition 
in terms about instead Cauchy/Weierstrass and our 
usual modern standard formalisms for the establishment 
of rigor of known sums of infinite series and the differential 
or obliquely enough the existence of the limits of those sums 
in the unbounded then for their usual transit as the sums 
(the limit is the sum or the limit is as the sum).

Then, the e^(i pi) = 1, instead of:  -1, is about "Occam's hole punch".

About "infinities", that means 
"show your work" and maintain the 
bookkeeping, including resultant 
and error terms (in approximations 
as for example we often find in 
notions of "normalization", or 
"linearization" in physics, as 
"re-de-normalization", and 
"approximation of angles with 
curves").


Let's ignore infinity then 
and the mechanics of the 
evaluation of those values 
of those quantities, and the 
resultingly attached properties, 
and instead look to the continuous 
and discrete and what it means 
in physics for there to be 
concrete mathematical infinitesimals 
and how and why the cosmological 
constant of Einstein is a 
mathematical infinitesimal.


That's about how maybe the measurement 
and observer effects, for instances and 
periods of observation, have numerical 
effects as of what sampling and counting 
of discrete events from the continuous 
fields actually "do" to the numbers.

More math babble fantasy. There is no such thing as an "infinite 
series". The word "infinite" gives it away. If there were then you could 
give me all the numbers in your series that sum to "2".

Draw two normal lines to two separated points in our universe. Where 
they cross is the center. QED.

Sam represents the current idiocy of this theory. He says the universe 
has no center. but also the universe is not multidimensional beyond 3 
(Sam thinks space-time is real so he calls time a dimension too making 
it 4) These two ideas are totally mutually exclusive. Sam has no problem 
with that. You just never think about both of them at the same time. 
Even better, don't think at all.
