Lucky you cut and pasted this Sammy, because if Oxford is just now 
learning about Faraday shields, well, obviously once again you have no clue.

The article said: "He joined forces with Oxford's Jon Chapman and David 
Hewett to study the problem, but it soon became apparent to the team 
that this rapid convergence to zero electric field does not happen."

And everybody wonders why I constantly rag on the stooopidity of people 
like you and others who buy into all the myths of physics...Like the 
field being ZERO inside a Faraday shield. This is simply WRONG. The 
field is NEVER zero unless the external source is zero. And the higher 
the frequency gets the worse it is.

Why do I end up having to explain physics to all the clowns here 
pretending to be so smart? Go ask HVAC why the shield is never perfect. 
You can even ask him to explain "evanescent waves" to you.

Go ahead. I DARE you.
