The "outside wall" was not load bearing. It was a fascia, nothing more. The outer perimeter of the floor spars were vertically supported via the truss frame. The truss frame was horizontally supported by the floor spars. They were literally glued together through viscoelastic dampers. Once the fire melted the viscoelastic dampers and the central support column had become heat soaked and thus weakened enough to buckle, the top hat truss transferred some of the weight of the building onto the truss frame, bowing it outward. Thus, the floor spars lost their perimeter means of vertical support, transferring the full weight of the floors onto that weakened central supporting column, which then exceeded its plastic deformation limit and collapsed. From there, the building fell, unzipping somewhat like a zipper... the viscoelastic dampers tearing away, the truss frame bowing outward, and the floor spars falling downward as the weight continued to increase on the weakened central support column. The building designers had been warned by competent building designers of just such a scenario due to a major fire from as far back as 1971, but they dismissed it. No amount of shielding would have been sufficient to prevent that. That there is video of the immediate aftermath proves there was no nuke, especially one sized your claimed 150 kt, which would have destroyed all electronics for dozens of miles radius. 3) The radiation experienced was of such short duration that there's no way it was neutron or gamma bombardment from a nuke. If it had been from a nuke the metal in the buildings would have shown high levels of radioactivity for decades. Local equipment recorded the ground shaking. It barely
registered, but they got it.
A nuke has a much different signature and would have been
recorded by seismographs all over the world. Yet none outside of NYC
noticed anything.
