Can't play golf all day every day.  Sometimes you need horse doovers and 
booze while yer waiting for the Ferrari to get buffed out.

We already have golf courses with billionaire houses around them.  And 
the realtors don't want any blue collar riff-raff moving in - can't make 
big commissions selling to people who don't make something north of
$250k and realtors run the Chamber of Commerce and the city gummint. 
And all the manufacturing is moving to Asia because that's where all the 
steel and aluminum and paint and glue is being made and labor is cheap. 
So when a company closes US operations and abandons the building, what 
do you do with it?  Hmmmm?  There's a dozen other empty buildings in the 
industrial park.  Best thing they come up with so far is move the 
dentists and the hairdressers and laundromats there where parking is 
ample so the downtown space can become condos and dive bars, wine stores 
and bike lanes.  Times are changing.
