Dice are a specially constructed device to produce "randomness."
There are just enough uncontrollable conditions present in the act
of throwing to do the intended job, which is to produce a "random"
result.  Getting humans to impart a fine and reproducible control
would be a pointless stunt.  We all know that the randomness is
only apparent, but we also know that it is good enough for the
intended purpose.


The OP is just another dilettante that is mystified by simple concepts
that are beyond his understanding.
