WTF do you mean "my" mysterious document.  It is you who kookclaimed that
there was such a thing as an "international siren codes for nuclear

official document that defines the "international siren codes for nuclear
destruction".  You can't, because there is no such thing.  That's because
there is no such thing as a "nuclear demolition".  You proved it with your
inability to show me another example of "nuclear demolition" when I asked
you for another example of "nuclear demolition" to compare to your copy of
the NOAA photo with the kookscribbles added.

To "redirect the water supply" as you kookclaim, it would need to be done
before the fires, correct?  Therefore, before the planes hit?  So it
couldn't have been a normal day until 8:46 AM, could it?  Because the
basement of WTC1 was blown up some time before 8:46 AM, correct?
