What we know is Trump lies. He lies a whole lot. He lied repeatedly during
the debate. This is a simple fact. Heck, here are just some of his lies:

lse/> OR <https://goo.gl/DISoKD>

nts-fire/> OR <https://goo.gl/xOrqnI>

You can argue that some of those are incorrect... and some might be. But
most are solid, easy to show, irrefutable lies of his. The defense that he
is a part of a group you think is honest is meaningless. He lies. His own
words. That is simply a fact.

Let us just look at a couple:

"Our African-American communities are absolutely in the worst shape they've
ever been in before. Ever. Ever. Ever."

Worse than when they were slaves? I mean, really, his comment is so
amazingly stupid nobody can possibly accept that as reasonable or honest.
Even ignoring slavery, and looking just at recent history, his comment is
just beyond stupid.

"My opponent has no child care plan."

A 30 second trip to her site proves this wrong:
<https://www.hillaryclinton.com/issues/early-childhood-education/>

Trump flat out lied.

On and on and on. Unlike Clinton, Trump is not even a good liar.

Your doubt is not relevant... remember, it is a fact he lies a lot. A proven
fact. Denial in the face of facts, such as what many conservatives do in the
face of the facts tied to climate science, are of no value in a conversation
about facts.

> What would you prefer, someone that will clean up this mess or someone

False dichotomy.

Trump admits to being a part of the problem: he admits to paying very low
taxes and blames the system THEN says he wants to control the system so he
and others in his income bracket can pay even LESS.

His followers, though, are all about emotion. One cannot use reason and
accept these nonsense answers from him.

Clinton screwed up heavily in Libya. No argument here. Then again, when the
Republicans pulled funding from embassy security they ALSO screwed up. You
never hear the media talk about that... the so-called "liberal" media.

Why do you think that is?

When you deem videos of Trump doing as I note he does, and direct quotes of
him doing as I note he does, to be "liberal" it comes down to you are simply
rejecting facts and deeming reality to be "liberal."

To a large extent I think you are right: being liberal means to accept facts
more than being conservative does. Being conservative generally means
denying reality, such as climate science and even direct videos of people
saying things.

Again: it is not as if I am pointing to videos of a misspeak at some small
gathering... ALL politicians have those. No consequence. I pointed to a
video, from FOX (a very conservative source) showing Trump say IN A DEBATE
that wages were too high.

And you dismiss this as coming from a liberal source... ignoring the fact
that Fox is grossly conservative (and, being conservative grossly in
accurate in many of their claims -- more so than any other mainstream media
source) and it was a direct video of Trump in a debate.

You will never speak to the actual fact: yes, Trump did directly say that
WAGES are too high. Absolutely. And not as a mistake but as a part of an
argument he was making about why China gets jobs... they have lower wages.

Nope. But nice attempt to turn things around. Trump speaks of looks often...
esp. of women. And he makes horrid sexist attacks. But his supporters do not
care.

It does matter... and it is one of the things liberals are fighting against
(well, some). Was a big part of Sander's movement, for example. But it is
also not relevant to the bigger picture here:

The fact Trump attacks people who are not of his religion would make him a
HORRIBLE leader. You asked why. I noted why... and you worked to change the
topic.

When American Muslims come to this country they remain citizens. Does not
matter where they have been. Does not mean that there are non-American
Muslims, but OF MUSLIMS IN GENERAL you said this is not their country. That
included MUSLIM AMERICANS.

And you are flat out wrong. Muslim Americans are as American as any other
American. They have the same rights as any other American.

And Muslim refugees have as many rights as any other refugees.

> And when they manage to get into this country, they are invaders.

Replace what you just said with Christians... do you think Christian
Americans and Christian refugees are "invaders"? Of course not. As such your
claim is absolutely, unabashedly, bigoted.

Sure I did... he mocks women for their looks, for them having menstrual
cycles, for breast feeding, and more. He is repulsive and bigoted and nasty.

I understand that very well.

Nope. Noting his bigotry toward people is a VERY relevant topic about a
president. Absolutely. They should focus on that more.

He openly admitted he did in the debate and called it "business" and

Denial does not change that.

We have looked at this and seen that to be a direct lie. He did less well

See above where I link to a bunch of his lies. If you can show Clinton
making as many I would love to see it.

To be fair, she does lie by omission and in more clever ways than Trump, so
hers are harder to show.

Nobody said the climate has not changed over time. But that does not excuse
denying facts about man-made global climate change.

But the modern conservative movement is filled with people who deny basic
science... basic facts. When you have a movement such as the conservative
movement that deems facts irrelevant and evidence to have a liberal bias
then you have a movement that is of no value to people who look at evidence
and facts.

That is what I said: those who deny the facts try to make it political. But
the fact it is happening is not a question (at least beyond any reasonable
doubt). The denial of many conservatives is a sign they reject facts.

LOL! So quoting him -- showing direct facts -- is a part of the "left-wing
play book." Sure. Liberals tend to look at facts. Conservatives tend to call
those facts "twisted lies" -- as you do, above.

You did not name a topic. What policy position has he NOT made major flip
flops on?

There may be some but you cannot think of any.

LOL! Keep in mind you deem direct quotes and video -- and NOT of some
one-off comment or mis-statement -- as liberal lies.

When you insist facts are lies we are not even starting from the same place
to try to have a discussion.

Maybe we can try again: will you accept direct proof as something other than
lies? If so then we can move forward... if not I think there is little value
to these rather lengthy posts we share.

Keep in mind I am speaking of proved facts: direct quotes and videos... and
NOT of one-off comments or misstatements (everyone makes those). You deem
those as something other than what they are. At that point you are simply
insisting on denying reality.

OK: so my views are based on reality and yours on a fantasy world where
facts do not matter. Not sure what else needs to be said.
