It's actually quite simple, but a little unusual: the axis of time could be shifted and to a shifted time belongs a certain region, which I call a 'time-domaine'. The shifted time causes things in such a realm to look either red- or blue-shifted. If the direction is 'blue' things get smaller and radiate with higher frequency. In the direction 'red' things appear as larger and slower (and more reddish of course). In the local view the things do not change and everything stays as it is. But seen from another spot the system could become blue-shifted, even to infinity. Then that realm drops out of 'existence' (drops into a 'black hole'). The opposite is 'pop out of nowhere' (-> 'big bang'). The items in such a realm look redshifted later. Only this is a mutual relation and only apparently there drops something out of existence and into a black hole.
