Well, no.

Usual dimensionality of spacetime is: one axis of time plus three 
dimensions of space.

But one axis of time does not work in relativity.

Instead we need three axis in forward direction, plus three in backwards 
direction.

This builds a topology similar to a star tetrahedron.

The appropriate mathematical construct is a complex four-vector and 
something called 'Pauli algebra'.
