We had several issues with UPS - in both cases a rare item was damaged
by the packing material being punctured by something sharp/pointy and
damaging the surface. Or dropped from a height.
USPS and Canada Post seem more reliable although there are problems
which are common to all package deliveries, namely if something is left
on the porch it may have vanished by the time the person gets home. That
is a whole different issue involving professional thieves who follow
delivery trucks, noting where they stop and coming back later...
Otherwise posties have always been courteous and helpful to me and my staff.
