Classic Apple: Selling utter garbage and yet asking for a high price. *Dismal battery, slower screen refresh, and smaller camera...* <https://www.forbes.com/sites/ewanspence/2025/02/09/apple-iphone-se-battery-camera-display-specs-leak-new-iphone/> Apple's new phone is bottom of the barrel on everything but price. Who is so stupid as to buy this new Apple piece of garbage at that price?

What is "bottom of the barrel" about it? And the article loses a lot of credibility when it says things like: 'The other change is to the connector. Every previous iPhone has sported a lightning connector at the base of the smartphone.' I'm sitting here beside my iPhone 16... ...with its USB-C port... ...just like the iPhone 15 that preceded it. :-)

It's amazing how similar what Tim Cook does is to what Trump does. Who wants a Goodwill quality iPhone with a battery from ten years ago?

It's interesting that Forbes won't quit shilling for Apple who appears to be desperate to "promote" the new bottom-of-the-barrel garbage iPhone SE. *iPhone SE 4: Apple Confirms New Product Launch Date Is Almost Here* <https://www.forbes.com/sites/davidphelan/2025/02/15/iphone-se-4-apple-confirms-new-product-launch-date-just-days-away-release-date/> BTW, who wants a phone with that garbage crappy battery in the modern era? And the garbage-bin bottom-of-the-barrel slow-as-mud display? But at least Apple admitted to what I've been saying for years, which is Apple can no longer put crappy RAM in their garbage as AI needs modern RAM. I can't wait to see "*Exciting Colors!*" Apple will have "invented" for it.

It seems Forbes can't stop "promoting" the garbage-bin iPhone SE! *iPhone SE 4: One Big Problem With Apple's New Budget Phone* <https://www.forbes.com/sites/dimitarmixmihov/2025/02/18/iphone-se-4-one-big-problem-with-apples-new-budget-phone/> What's interesting isn't so much the classic garbage-bin battery in the new iPhone SE, nor the slow-as-molasses screen refresh but the expected price. The whole article basically says "it's yet another Apple piece of shit" but then it pensively asks "can they ever get the high price they're asking?". Time will tell... who wants that high-priced garbage-bin cheap iPhone...

As pitiful as the iPhone 16 batteries are in capacity, the iPhone 16 e fits in the same anemic range as the rest of the iPhone 16 lineup. *Comparing the iPhone 16e battery with the rest of the lineup* <https://9to5mac.com/2025/02/27/iphone-16e-battery-comparison/> iPhone 16: 3561 mAh iPhone 16 Plus: 4674 mAh iPhone 16 Pro: 3582 mAh iPhone 16 Pro Max: 4685 mAh Versus: iPhone 16e: 3961 mAh Can you believe that the Apple herd animals wait all night outside the Apple stores to buy this pallid garbage at an inflated expensive price. Given the EU won't allow Apple to sell any phone Apple can't certify lasts 500 charge cycles without dropping below 80%, it's no wonder Apple can no longer sell any iPhone older than the iPhone 15 in the EU later this year. By way of contrast, my free ($200 MSRP) Galaxy A32-5G has a 5Ah battery.

Run time on a charge is what matters to the user, and run time on a charge is what determines how many charge cycles in (say) a year the battery will experience. > Can you believe that the Apple herd animals wait all night outside the > Apple stores to buy this pallid garbage at an inflated expensive price. > > Given the EU won't allow Apple to sell any phone Apple can't certify lasts > 500 charge cycles without dropping below 80%, it's no wonder Apple can no > longer sell any iPhone older than the iPhone 15 in the EU later this year. > > By way of contrast, my free ($200 MSRP) Galaxy A32-5G has a 5Ah battery. Which is irrelevant if it uses more power in the ratio of 1.37 to 1 with an iPhone 16 1.07 to 1 with an iPhone 16 Plus 1.40 to 1 with an iPhone 16 Pro 1.07 to 1 with an iPhone 16 Pro Max And do you know you can look up which phones run the longest on a charge: <https://www.gsmarena.com/phones_best_battery_life_buyers_guide-review-2028.php> Guess which two phones they rank highest? :-)
