Jedenfalls hat es hier funktioniert. Warnung kam auf diversen Handys
an. Von Sirenen hab ich nix gehört, aber ich war auch nicht in der Stadt
sondern im Umland. Offenbar war es doch ein gute Idee endlich Cell
Broadcast zu verwenden. Obwohl Fax wahrscheinlich sicherer wäre.
