Ist doch bei allen Abstimmungen so: Nur wer abstimmt, hat eine Chance, das Wahlergebnis zu beeinflussen. Ob das jetzt 80% oder 30% der Leute sind, ist Wurst. Ich persönlich hab aber ein System lieber, wo das Abstimmungsergebnis auch umgesetzt wird, anstatt von einer Regierung weginterpretiert oder gar ignoriert zu werden.
