Um die Story mal zu wiederholen: Vor Jahren habe ich mir mal einen Rechner verseucht, und das kam so: Statt eines Routers hatte ich (aus Gründen) einen älteren Rechner mit dem Jana-Server als Proxy für den Indernettzugang zu laufen. Unter Windows 2000. Dem starb irgendwann mal die Systemplatte (so ein 120GB- Ding, das Bios "konnte" nicht größer). Von denen hatte ich noch welche als Ersatz gebunkert, also Platte getauscht. Aus Gründen entschied ich mich dafür, nicht das Backup zurückzuspielen, sondern installierte neu. Nuja, die W2K-CD mit SP4 verklüngelt... aber da war ja noch eine alte mit SP1... Draufgebügelt, Indernettzugang "direkt" hergestellt, Updates holen... und eine halbe Stunde später hatte ich einen Rechner, der im Sekundentakt trötete und bimmelte und vollgestopft war mit Trojanern, Viren und was weiß ich noch für Schadsoftware ;-) Wegen erwiesener Paranoia hatte ich die Datenplatten des Moppeds und die zweite Netzwerkkarte latürnich zuvor abgestöpselt. Und dann auch die CD mit SP4 wiedergefunden und auch die mit den Offline-Updates... Rainer -- Ach, ist der Rasen schön grün!
