Sicher, aber Japan erkennt nicht an dass sie ein Teil Russlands sein sollen.
Wenn also Russland dort z.B. eine Landeoperation uebt, dann
ist das eine Invasion in einem Teil von Japan, auch wenn 
die Japanischen Streitkraefte dort nicht eingreifen.
