Heute ist Weltkindertag, also bin ich sozial. -

Wenn Du zwei 50-Ohm Chipantennen als Dipol schaltest, dann hat der 
symmetrisch 100 Ohm.

Also passe Deinen (symmetrischen) Ausgang über ein symmetrisches 
Pi-Filter auf diese 100 Ohm an.
