Du kannst versuchen, mit einem Pi-Filter ein wenig rumzutransformieren. 
IME bringt das in solchen Faellen nicht viel. Eine 30*60mm Ground Plane 
ist nichts dolles, aber besser als gar nichts.

Wo man aufpassen muss ist, dass das Mantelwellen ergibt in 
angeschlossene Kabel hinein, falls welche dran sind. Die wirken als 
Ground Plane mit. HF-maessig guenstig, kann aber angeschlossene 
Elektronik stoeren und dann muesste man abblocken.

Sieh es mal so: UKW-Taschenradios haben eine ausziehbare Antenne von 
erheblicher Laenge, idealerweise Lambda/4 oder etwas weniger mit 
Verlaengerungsspule. Das Chassis dieser Radios ist jedoch weit kleiner 
als bei 88-108MHz erforderlich. Dito bei kleinen tragbaren Fernsehern. 
Ist nicht ideal, aber das Laenderspiel kommt trotzdem rein.
