Da kannst du folgendes tun, um das besser abschätzen zu können: bedecke 
den zu erwärmenden IC zusätzlich mit einer sehr dünnen Alufolie und leg 
oben drauf einen Krümel Lötzinn. Wenn dieser Krümel schmilzt, erhitze 
den CHip noch ein paar Sekunden und dann dürftest du lange genug 
draufgehalten haben.
