BTDT - keine gute Idee, wenn das heiß wird, klebt das nicht mehr

Das Teil ist nicht wirklich schadhaft, sondern lediglich schlecht
gelötet. Und eine BGA-Lötstation ist im Prinzip auch nur eine
glorifizierte Heißluftpistole, wenn auch mit verschiedenen Düsen,
einstellbarer Temperatur und Luftmenge. Wenn man den gleichen Chip
wieder einbauen will, wird es aber ekelig, weil man dann etwas an
Werkzeug und Material braucht, um neue Lotkugeln unter den BGA zu
bekommen ("reballing").
