Nein - 20 € für 2000 KBit/s ist OK und 30 € für 16000 KBit/s ist auch
OK, wenn aber nicht die Leistungen erbracht werden, dann ist das nicht
OK. Rechtliche Regelungen würden den Preis in die Höhe treiben, dass
ist natürlich auch nicht das Wahre.

Alles klar - jetzt weiß ich warum der Kunde zwar (nur) meckert und
nichts macht!
