Das Paket python3, bzw. die Pakete "python3-irgendwas" gibts im "repo-oss" und im "repo-update", diedrich@diedrich:~> zypper se -s python3 | grep " python3 " i+ | python3 | Paket | 3.6.10-lp151.6.18.1 | x86_64 | Hauptaktualisierungs-Repository v | python3 | Paket | 3.6.10-lp151.6.15.2 | x86_64 | Hauptaktualisierungs-Repository v | python3 | Paket | 3.6.10-lp151.6.11.1 | x86_64 | Hauptaktualisierungs-Repository v | python3 | Paket | 3.6.10-lp151.6.7.1 | x86_64 | Hauptaktualisierungs-Repository v | python3 | Paket | 3.6.9-lp151.6.4.1 | x86_64 | Hauptaktualisierungs-Repository v | python3 | Paket | 3.6.5-lp151.5.1 | x86_64 | Haupt-Repository [... x86-32 und Source-Zeilen gelöscht] d.h. schon von Anfang an war im "Haupt-Repository" ein python 3.6 drin; dazu gabs diverse Aktualisierungen.
