This i've already tried, as I mentioned in my OP, all that achieves is to
remove the text, but the date is still highlighted RED.

If HM Gov continue to move Bank Holidays around for whatever reason, then
they can no longer be considered as fixed, and the program will need to be
adapted to allow for the situation whenever it arrises.

Can a condition be introduced, similar to that used in !Organizer where a
year suffix is added for the special days that are not required for a
specific year, and the actual date required can be added into the RLDlist
for that specific year, this bit can already be done.
