Yes, but that is not what I'm saying. I'm saying to alter a codec so that the binary stream is sent directly by the codec, without using sound at any step. But the system would treat is as sound, a real time stream, and latency would be minimal. Which is the kind of trick used by V92 modems. -- Cheers, Carlos.
