Wine is Linux native. Applications you run on it maybe not, but Notepad
comes with wine... to me, it qualifies. Using the Windows notepad
perhaps would not.

Remember, Wine Is Not an Emulator :-)

Here, I have "/usr/bin/notepad". Half cheating, though.
