Not unusable but not for doing any heavy lifting. If you delete the bottom 
panel and just use the top panel you'll have enough room to do e-mail and 
basic web-browsing. There is a quantum difference between 600 and 768. 
There are some unshrinkable control panels that exceed the limits of a 600 
height screen but fit on a 768.
