Yes, bit they were the invaders and so if the
event killed them, that’s because they chose
to be part of the group that violently invaded.

Yes, but like I said, they chose to take part in
a violent invasion so if that killed them, it was
their choice to get involved in a violent invasion.

Yes, that is a risk with any violent invasion.

Yes.

That is less clear. He was quite capable of returning to
his divisional office and had the medical incident there.
He clearly didn’t seek medical assistance at the capitol
and so the head injury cant have been severe, let alone
saw his head bashed in.

That isnt certain. Even an autopsy cant necessarily prove
that, it depends on how severe the head injury was. It cant
have been too severe if he could return to his divisional
office and didn’t seek medical assistance before he did.
