There's one similar here (called 3-2-1), which is 3p/minute, 2p/text, 
1p/megabyte, or vice versa, I can never remember; it's also a prepaid 
one. Unfortunately, they say it's not to be used for tethering (I don't 
know why), which seems mainly to mean use as a hotspot.
