Why?  In the VM world, you only need to boot once, then snapshot the system,
then whenever you need it you can instantiate a new running system from that
snapshot, or any number of new running systems.  So booting time is of no more 
importance than it is in the conventional server world where we may reboot 
once or twice a year.
