LOL. Yes, I can ready the Wikipedia article. From the list there, I know and have worked with Clipper, ColdFusion and Mathematica. (And ColdFusion in particular urges for a comparison to PHP.) And even then, one (well, perhaps not you) would use the CMS' own functions, classes and framework.
