Iirc, the English noun ends in -cs: arithmetics.

Btw., In Greek language, probably the etymological root of
the terms, both the adjective (arithmitik'os) and the noun
(arithmitik'i) have their "tonos"(stress) on last syllable.

A variant of the word with stress on "rith" (ar'ithmitos)
actually means uncountable/uncalculatable, so the Greek
roots probably won't help much for English stressing rules. ;-)
