Yes.

And that is why I can understand that the OSGI guys are frustrated.

But I don't see any way to make Jigsaw OSGI friendly - even though
they provide some similar features then they are also very different.

So unless Jigsaw is totally ditched, then the OSGI guys will need to
find a solution.

If they have specific suggestions to make Jigsaw more OSGI friendly
within the general Jigsaw approach, then Jigsaw team should be listening.
