Yes, I just read something on the Microsoft site about this, it appears 
you are correct although what 'software as a service' actually means to 
your average Windows user is anyones guess. I can't believe Microsoft 
will actually 'continuously upgrade' for free for ever. Or even for 10 
years)

Still, before I get shouted at I guess this discussion belongs in a 
Windows NG
