The first release would be great, the book has an unnecessary 
cramped look to it and is difficult to read.

Your idea for the second release is bound to fail because of the
many CODE words.

Because the book is CC it might be that somebody eventually 
translates the gist of it to modern Forth (as a work of love).
That step is better not executed by a committee :-)
