Now you'll have to explain the difference between

    double(int,int)
and

    double(*)(int,int)

(because they aren't the same thing).

Why is it that you have to write std::function<int(std::FILE*)> but
std::unique_ptr<std::FILE, int(*)(std::FILE*)>?
